Sorry for being M.I.A. but I have been feverishly working on a top secret project. In the mean time, I have been doing a lot of experimentation with the possibilities of recycled plate crafts. Some of my new favorites are these new rings and cuff links made out of crushed plate in resin. It is a not-so-literal version of a broken plate ring that is sure to be a conversation piece. They are now available in my Etsy Shop!

They say the necessity is the mother of invention, I say necessity is the mother of crafting! Unfortunately, I have to retire my old ring style. They were vintage findings that just can’t seem to be found now. After a long search and much experimenting, I have decided to change my ring to this more modern design. I will be uploading some to the shop in the coming weeks. In the mean time, what do you think? Is she a keeper?
