Although not quite as productive as I’d like, today has been a great day! I made it into The Baltimore Sun’s fashion section this morning. You can see a scan of it here. It is always fun to see your name in print. THEN then awesome folks at Etsy included me in their Repurpose blog today! I was SO excited when my copy of 1000 Ideas for Creative Reuse arrived yesterday.

The new issue of Maryland Life is out and features a little story about my plate breaking craziness! I did the interview back in November, and had no idea it was out until I started getting emails about my red hair. I don’t think it looks THAT red. Anyway, have scanned the article to my Flickr account, but you should go out and buy it anyway because Maryland Life is so great about highlighting local artists (plus there is a cute chicken on the cover!) Sorry I have been a bit quiet lately, I am having the hardest time getting over the holiday burnout. I have been busy working on some custom orders and working on getting more custom work. Holiday Heap is a blur to me now, but thanks to the ladies of Hello Craft there are lots of great photos from the show. The addition of the Show and Tell table was really fun for shoppers and sellers, alike. I had lots of customers stop by to tell me that they had great time showing off thier loot.
